Abstract: | Koça means a covering .It is just like the scrabble of the sword. Similarly the self is covered by five sheaths. The report commences with the concept of panca koça and their formation. It is followed by the knowledge beyond the five sheaths .The science of the illnesses according to scriptures mainly with the yogic concept of diseases have also been discussed. |
