Abstract: | Ancient concept of motivation is that we should live in the present. We are not supposed to live in future. The entire wisdom concept is based on what we are going to do and achieve in future. The theory of motivation comes from ‘Bhagvat Gétä’, which says ‘karmanyevädhikäraste mä phaleñu kadäcana’. This is the basic theory of motivation in India. |
