Abstract: Cyclic Meditation (CM) is a technique to eradicate major problems faced during meditation. This is a creative idea of Dr. H.R. Nagendra, the Vice-Chancellor of the S VYASA University. In Pataïjali Yogasütra one çloka says that Dhyäna (Meditation) is uninterrupted flow of mind towards the chosen object.
